1 credit equals 1 AI run — either a photo bill scan or a natural-language assignment. Manual splitting and link sharing are always free, no credits used.
Do credits expire?+
No. Credits never expire. Buy a pack once and use the credits whenever you split your next bill — months or years later.
Can I mix packs?+
Yes. Credits from any pack go into the same balance. Buy a Starter today, add a Plus next month — they all stack.
What if the AI fails?+
Splitbill automatically refunds your credit if a scan or assign call fails or returns no usable result. You only pay for runs that work.
Are credits refundable?+
Credits are non-transferable digital goods and generally non-refundable once consumed. Unused credits can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. See our refund policy for details.
What payment methods are accepted?+
When live, payments are processed by Razorpay supporting UPI, debit/credit cards and netbanking. Tap 'Notify me' on a pack to be alerted when payments go live.
